I am extremely happy to have been moved by Creative Packers and Movers last week from Bangalore to Trivandrum. Everything was perfect and on time. I am really surprised and strongly believe 5 star reviews he got is fishy, it looks SPAM reviews, not a normal trend of mixed review. My review is as below. IT is worst kind of service providers, 1) They assure price quoted is final, once goods uploaded in truck they demand GST of Rs 3200. When we don't agree they blackmail us saying we would be responsible for our goods in interstate border and we only have to visit and pay GST. Such a blackmailer. 2) Their packaging is worst, they don't use air bubble plastic sheet, but use 0.01 mm thin sheet. For damaged goods they don't take responsibility. 3) They use our cupboards, study tables, bikes etc as a climbing ladder and they damage all those. Even their truck used for transport is not maintained well. 3) After transport My bike shockers found heavily leaking, Side view mirror broken My computer tables 02no found glasses broken, dislocated arms, My paintings found frame broken, 4) During packing our kitchen items dump in cartoon box without individual packing. After delivery we found many are opened in journey spilled over the bottom of cartoon box. In short -- PLEASE PLEASE don't use the services of this CREATIVE PACKERS AND MOVERS. They are thugs. Answer to comment made by packer: 1) I wouldn't have claimed as damaged by packers if it was already a damaged part as claimed by you 2) GST tax charged later is not mentioned in final Quotation. That means we made to assume that final quotation is last amount we were charged. Packer cannot introduce new charges to us as per his whim and fancy, That too when our goods are already uploaded into your truck. Forcing and demanding of more money in the form of GST taxes in the later stage only shows you wanted more money from innocent customers like us. My request to all public is stay away from this packer.
