Very bad service. The agency people were very rude. Bad trip to the North East. I will never recommend. They are very unprofessional and unnecessary expensive. Took money for lunch but no lunch given. Bad people.

I would not recommend this travel agency if you are travelling in North Ease. First is they have not setup the trip properly. The tour doesnt start on time, the van arrived late. After reaching one spot the tour guide hurries to pack up there and go to the next one. Proper time was not given to explore one spot. I am so not satisfied.

I would not recommend this travel agency if you are travelling in NorthEast. They are typical fraud. I had booked Meghalaya package with them. They have provided me the quotation with wrong details and made changes verbally. Overall experience was very bad.

Bad Service & False Promises: We booked Innova, we were provided Alto and they did not reduce the price as well. Also very low quality hotel they provided the entire trip. We were promised breakfast but they did not give breakfast at many places. They changed the payment terms as well mid-way without informing anything. Not recommended
